The first thing to get done is your email and texting settings. This will ensure that your customers get the notifications you are sending out.
Note: All packages include the ability to email your customers. The below sections will help you set up your SMTP, SMS, & 2-way texting.
To get started on your texting setup, please send an email to support@serviceworks that includes your company name as it is registered with the IRS, your EIN/TIN number, and the type of company (S-Corp, LLC, Inc, etc.)
