Getting Started With ServiceWorks

The following blogs and tutorials will help get you up and running in ServiceWorks in no time. These tutorials are high-level and will cover a lot of the basics. As you get used to ServiceWorks and dive deeper into its capabilities, you can find guidance on those here: ServiceWork Blog

The first thing to get done is your email and texting settings. This will ensure that your customers get the notifications you are sending out. 

SMTP Setup

To get started on your texting setup, please send an email to support@serviceworks that includes your company name as it is registered with the IRS, your EIN/TIN number, and the type of company (S-Corp, LLC, Inc, etc.) 

Now let’s get into some settings. Depending on your industry, some of these may not be needed; please skip over those as needed.
