You can view old calls by visiting the All Jobs page and selecting a date range. If you’d rather have a default range of dates selected when you visit this page, you can use the site settings to set your preferences.

While we have many robust options for reports within ServiceWorks, here are a few of the more frequently used reports:

A future update will allow you to view primary and sub-customer relationships without the need to visit the Primary Customer menu.

There are a few ways of optimizing your daily jobs in ServiceWorks. This can be done via automation with the Optimization menu and buttons, or manually via Route Sheets

Being able to remove or access features in ServiceWorks may have to do with how your permissions are currently set up. First, check the your permission settings and ensure that the correct features are enabled. If the issue still persists, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

If the jobs have the Ready to be Rescheduled status applied, you can make them appear within the map view by selecting only the Ready to be Rescheduled filter within the filters on the left side
