What This Report Does:
Generates a list of inventory items sold within a specified time range
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to filter your search by a designated time frame. Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Item – Displays the name of the item
- Description – Displays the text within the item’s Description field
- Cost – Displays the item’s internal price point
- Price – Displays the item’s sales price
- Qty – Displays the total quantity of the item sold per transaction
- Total Cost – Displays the total cost of the transaction
- Total Price – Displays the total price of the transaction
- Serial – Displays the item’s assigned serial number (if applicable)
- Invoice Date – Displays the date on which the invoice was created
- Invoice Number – Displays the assigned invoice number. Is also a direct link to the invoice
