VOIP in ServiceWorks

We’re proud to announce the upcoming VOIP feature within the ServiceWorks software. Here’s what you can expect when utilizing this feature:

To locate the VOIP menu, start by logging into your ServiceWorks account and clicking the down arrow next to your user profile picture in the toolbar. Once the list has expanded, click on VOIP

Within the VOIP menu you can take incoming calls and make outgoing calls to current and potential customers. You can also view any Missed Calls, calls that were dropped or cancelled, or completed calls.

And in your call log, you can view the number that made the call, who received it, the time and date of the call, its duration, a transcript of the call and if the call was transferred elsewhere

You can also use the Call button to re-dial the number or the Play button to hear a recording of the logged call

While receiving or making calls with ServiceWorks, you can create new jobs while on the call! The information from the call should populate in the fields as you fill them out and make calls, just like in the job edit menu

And when speaking to repeat or returning customers, using the Create Job button will auto-populate their information into the address and customer details, allowing you to schedule jobs quickly and efficiently

When looking into a saved customers information on VOIP, you can view a list of all of their recent calls

In the Overview tab, you can view all of the current equipment assigned to the customer, as well as their next scheduled job and recent note history

And in the Customer tab, you can view and edit the customer’s information, such as their name, address, address type and phone number on file
