Missed our Q&A Session in September? Below is a recording of the session along with a list of all the questions answered during our session – blog links included!
Q: When I have a Primary and Sub-customer, how do I know which phone number the notifications will go to?
The number assigned to the service address will be the number that receives the notification. You can also designate a secondary number to contact within the customer edit menu.

Q: How do I view my old jobs / calls?
You can view old calls by visiting the All Jobs page and selecting a date range. If you’d rather have a default range of dates selected when you visit this page, you can use the site settings to set your preferences.
