New Features
- New Report: Potential Duplicate Customer Report

Resolved Issues
- Resolved issue where printing the warranty invoice would merge the invoice number and order number columns
- Addressed error where items marked as taxable would have the box unchecked when added to jobs
- Fixed issue with barcode scanning not reading or duplicating items within the mobile app
- Collected Today column in the route sheet now displays the correct amount throughout daily usage
- Addressed error where recurring jobs logged the incorrect user during creation in the Job Log

We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our maintenance notification emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system, you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates.
