(Note: These will only work for jobs created AFTER this feature is implemented. We do not have the ability to add the Google Map images on past jobs)
We’ve added a helpful new feature: customer images on the mobile job page! This makes it easier to quickly identify customers when you’re out in the field.
Here’s how it works:
First, you’ll need to confirm with your admin (or our support team) that the Google Autocomplete Address feature is active within your subscription plan. Otherwise, this feature will not function when using the ServiceWorks Pro app
Once confirmed, you’re all set to go! Going forward, if a customer has a Google Maps image associated with their address on file, it will automatically pull and apply the image within the job page in the mobile app. This will work for both new and existing customers.
However, if a customer doesn’t have a Google Maps image associated with their service address, no image will be displayed—it’s that simple!
Customer images display correctly whether the job is created from the mobile app, the website, the schedule board, instant booking, project management, job templates, the customer portal, or even POS delivery tickets. So as long as it exists on Google Maps, our system will display the address image within the job page.
