System Patches and Updates for May 2nd, 2023
The following issues/patches/updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:
New Features
- Added an embedded availability widget to be added to Instant Booking websites (click here to see more)
Resolved Issues
- Resolved Issues with online booking creating duplicate jobs
- Addressed issues with return to vendor status subtracting more items than assigned to tickets
- Appointment reminders now show the date of the currently scheduled trip
- Addressed issues with invoice charges processing before the set date
- Job classifications now save after being changed
- Optimization no longer causes extra trips to be scheduled when selected
- Addressed issues with tasks no longer being visible after editing
Mobile App
- Resolved issues regarding the job list not appearing in the same order as the route sheet
Enhancements
- Uploaded Content can now be viewed from Customer Portal
- Emergency Contact, Banking, and Identification Details added to User Setup
- Added the ability to hover over email field in job to view whole or multiple emails
- Distributor password can now be viewed in the inventory settings
- Added “Receipts”, “Floor Plan” and “PO” columns to content upload sections
- Added additional stability for iOS and Safari users
- Discounts added to jobs now display the assigned discount name on invoices
- Non-Serialized Inventory filter added to Part Usage by Part No. report
We update ServiceWorks over a weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our Maintenance Notification Emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates
