Custom Email Notification Subjects

We’re excited to announce that we’ve listened to your feedback and have added a highly requested feature to our system. We understand that the subject line of an email notification can be just as important as the content within it.

We know that many of our users have been asking for this feature for a while, and we’re thrilled to finally be able to offer it to you. With this new capability, you’ll be able to edit the subject line of any email notification you receive from our system. This means that you can customize the subject line to better suit your needs, making it easier for you to manage your inbox and stay on top of important messages.

Here’s a quick rundown of how to set this up within your ServiceWorks account

To begin, open the configurations tab and navigate to Notification -> Template and select the template you wish to edit. For this example, we’ll be using the “Job Created” template

Next, change the text within the Email Subject section. This is fully customizable, so be sure to make the subject suit your current business needs. Once finished, be sure to hit save at the bottom of the screen

And now that the subject line has been edited, your customers should now see your edited subject line whenever an email is sent
