System Patches and Updates for January 11th, 2024
The following issues, patches, and updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:
Resolved Issues
- Resolved issue where customer notes were being omitted during job import process
- Addressed issue where down payment amounts were being duplicated in jobs with multiple trips
- The correct date now appears in date column when generating Route Sheets
- Fixed issue with taxable items and services not being rejected from tax-exempt customer tickets
- Adjusted issue with tax rates not appearing on saved products
Enhancements
- Added the ability to hide the picture upload option in Job Forms
- Services Image toggle added to Invoice and Estimate templates
- Job Created Template can now be specified by Job Type
- The Product dropdown in Instant Booking now includes full hierarchy of product details
- Tips can now be added in the Payment section when editing jobs (BLOG)
- Technicians can now be assigned via the Calendar view in the job edit page (BLOG)
We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our Maintenance Notification Emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates
