System Patches and Updates for January 10th, 2023
The following issues/patches/updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:
- New Features:
-Google Language Translator added to the Customer Portal - Customer A/R:
– Fixed issue where clicking “Select All” for invoices resulted in an error message - Job/Estimates:
-Addressed issue where emailing Print Tickets to a technician sent the Invoice instead - Payments:
– Payments now process through the assigned gateway of the card on file
– Error message now appears in the log if payment is made without saved card information on file
-Push notifications no longer include down payment information if the down payment is 0.00 - Misc
-Resolved issue with slow server speeds in Map view
-Addressed issue where the Map view started at a different latitude and longitude than the company location
-Fixed issue with credit card transactions adding credits to customer accounts
– Addressed problem with missing Vendor A/R details
-Resolved issues with miscalculations in Sales Tax – Cash Basis and Accounts Outstanding Balance reports.
We update ServiceWorks over a weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our Maintenance Notification Emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates.
