Schedule – Staff View

Using the Staff View on the Schedule page will display the current scheduled jobs for the day by the technician assigned.


On the left-hand side, you can see the various filters you can apply to this view based on the technician name, job status, job type, etc.


In this view, you’ll also notice color-coded lines at the end of each scheduled job. Here’s a brief description of each one:

  • AM – Jobs with an assigned schedule time of AM will appear in the staff view with a yellow line
  • PM – Jobs with an assigned schedule time of PM will appear in the staff view with a dark blue line
  • All Day – Jobs with an assigned schedule time of All Day will appear in the staff view without any lines

  • Specific Time – Jobs assigned with a Specific Time will appear on the staff view with a green line
  • Time Range – Jobs assigned using the Time Range options set up within your account will appear on the staff view with a violet line
