Reports: Overdue Parts

What This Report Does:
Generates a list of ordered parts that have not been received within ServiceWorks

Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to filter your search by a designated distributor. Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue


Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

  • Order # – Displays the associated order number
  • Distributor – Displays the distributor name
  • Item – Displays the name of the overdue item
  • Ordered – Displays the quantity of the ordered item
  • Delivery Date – Displays the items estimated delivery date
  • Received – Displays the quantity of each item received
  • Received Date – Displays the date on which the item was received into the system
