Report: Tech Productivity

What This Report Does:
Displays a list of tech productivity on jobs within a specified date range

Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

  • Start / End Date – Filter your results by a designated time range
  • Type of Call – Filter your results by your preset Call Types. For all call types, you can leave this field on the default “Select” option

Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue


Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:


  • Tech – Displays the name of the technician
  • Total Tickets – Displays the total amount of tickets assigned to the technician within the generated time frame
  • Part – Displays the total price of items from assigned jobs
  • Cost – Displays the total cost of items from assigned jobs
  • Margin – Displays the profit margin from assigned jobs. The formula for this calculation is Margin = Part price – Cost
  • Service – Displays the total price of all services from assigned jobs
  • Other – Displays the total amount of other charges added to assigned jobs
  • Total Hours – Displays the total amount of time scheduled to complete assigned jobs
  • Ticket – Displays the total amount due from an assigned job
  • Hours/Ticket – Displays the total amount of time spent completing assigned jobs
  • $Hour – Displays the technicians designated hourly rate (if applicable)
