What This Report Does:
Displays a list of jobs by a technicians earned percentage rate within a specified date range
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:
- From Date / To Date – Filter your results by a designated time frame
- Professional – Filter your results by the the technician assigned to the job. For all technicians, you can leave this field in its default “Select” state
- Commission(%) – Filter your results by the technicians assigned commission rate (Note: completing this field is mandatory prior to running this report)
Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Inv#/Tick# – Displays the assigned invoice ticket number
- Invoice Date – Displays the date the ticket was created
- Acct # – Displays the associated customer’s account number
- Cust Name – Displays the customer’s name
- Type – Displays the method of payment used for the invoice
- Amount – Displays the total amount due on the invoice
- Labor – Displays the total price of services on the invoice
- Parts – Displays the total price of items on the invoice
- Serial – Displays the total price of all serialized items on the invoice
- Other Chgs – Displays the total price of any additional charges on the invoice
- Tax – Displays the total amount of taxes applied on the invoice
- Discount – Displays the total amount of discounts applied to the invoice
- Professional / SalesPerson – Displays the name of the technician assigned to the invoice
- Commission – Displays the total amount of commission earned from the invoice
Note: The final line on this report will show the sum total of Amount, Labor, Parts, Serial Items, Other Charges, Tax, Discount, and Commission within the specified time frame.
