What This Report Does:
Generates a list of jobs with
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:
- From / To Date – specifies the time period to produce the report from
- City – Filter your search results by the service location’s city
- Zip – Filter your search results by the service location’s zip code
- Tax – Filter your search results by tax code. You can use the All setting to view all available tax rates
Once satisfied with your selection, click Run Report
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Zip – Displays the customer’s zip code
- City – Displays the customer’s city
- Job# – Displays the ticket number assigned to the job
- Customer Name – Displays the name of the customer assigned to the job
- Category – Displays whether or not the service requested on the job is taxable
- Gross Sales – Displays the total amount of the job
- Total Tax – Displays the total tax amount for the job
- Tax Rate – Displays the tax rate applied to the job
- Tax Code – Displays the corresponding code for the tax rate applied to the job
- Tax Name – Displays the created name for the tax rate applied to the job
