What This Report Does:
Generates a report based on items on order for scheduled service jobs within a designated time frame
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to filter your search by a set date range. When satisfied with your selection, click Run Report to continue

Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

- TicketNumber – Displays the ticket number assigned to the job
- Customer – Displays the name of the customer assigned to the job
- Date – Displays the date on which the job is assigned
- Time – Displays the time on which the job is assigned
- Visited – Displays if the scheduled job has already been visited
- Parts – Displays the brand and item number of the part attached to the job
- Quantity – Displays the number of each item added to the job
- Distributor – Displays the name of the item’s distributor
- DistOrderNumber – Displays the order number provided by the distributor
- Status – Displays the needed item’s current order status
- Received – Displays whether or not the purchase order has been received
- Reference – Displays the reference number for the item on the purchase order
- ETA – Displays the estimated time of arrival for the expected order
