Task Type refers to the classification of individual tasks within your account. Here’s a brief tutorial on how to create, edit, and use task types in ServiceWorks
Creating A Task Type
To get started on creating a task type, first click on the cogwheel in the toolbar to open the Configuration tab and then navigate to Customer -> Task Type

In the following menu, you’ll see a list of pre-created task types for you to use for classifying your assigned tasks. To create a new task, click the Add Task Type button

Next, give your new task type a name. When finished with your entry, click Save to continue

Once save, your new task type will appear in the list of types. You can also use the pencil and bin icon to edit or delete any created task types.

Once created, your task types can be used to search for specific tasks in the Task menu

And can also be selected when creating and assigning a new task
