System Patches and Updates for September 28th, 2023
The following issues/patches/updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:
New Features
- Account support for Jamaica has been added
- Job Discussions added to mobile app
- Trip Complete Template added
Resolved Issues
- Addressed Issue where Job Status Report would not print as a PDF
- Creating a job with a sub-customer now populates the correct billing and customer address
- Resolved issue where creating multiple POS orders resulted in duplicate invoice numbers
- Fixed error with authorize.net swapping billing and service address during payment processing
- Addressed error with appointment reminder templates being recognized as empty and not sending correctly
- Fixed spelling error in statements page
- Items with “Billable To” set to “Apply Later” or “Customer” no longer appear when filing claims
- Repair and Defect codes no longer duplicated in database
Mobile App
- Addressed issue with Job Search function not working in mobile app
- Items set to Allocated status now appear in Items Needed page in iOS
- Adjusted the iPhone browser view in mobile app
- Job Category no longer disappears when adding content via mobile app
Enhancements
- Subtotal row added to Employee Earning Report, Sales Accounting Report, and Salesperson Commission Report
- Zone filter added to Job by Job Type report
- {CustomerPhone1} added to Broadcast template (Displays customer’s secondary number)
- Added default value for stock repair codes
We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our Maintenance Notification Emails. Please note that the morning after a promotion to the system, you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates
