System Patches and Updates for 2023
The following issues/patches/updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:

Resolved Issues
- Resolved issue where jobs billed to a parent customer would not appear on schedule
- Restored functionality to Product Custom Field in Getting Started menu
- Drag and drop scheduling now accounts for time zone conversions
- .csv files can now be downloaded from Payroll report
- Added compatibility with ServicePower submission claims
- Additional stability added to simple optimization feature
- Resolved issue where city and zip were captured as blank during instant booking requests
- Instant Booking Lead report only captures incomplete requests
- Fixed issue where Parts Pricing and Cost report was not aligned with preset pricing columns
- Addressed issue with miscalculations in variant markup
- Inventory by Location report no longer crashes when selecting “All” for bin location
- Clicking on a vacation block in the schedule no longer produces an error message
- Resolved issue where processing bulk payments resulted in double payments
- Audit Report by User no longs shows error message when ran
- Corrected the log entries after deleting bundles from a job
- Previously deleted customer information now appears correctly when requesting services again
Mobile App
- Improved loading times on Schedule tab
- Restored functionality to the Estimate view in mobile app
- Resolved issue with tax rates being set for the incorrect area
- Addressed issue with customer addresses not matching the same location as Google Maps information
- Items can now be edited without having to exit item menu
- Items in Model Search now redirect to job page when selected
Enhancements
- Trip History tab added to Customer History
- 15-Day Payment Terms can now be selected for customer accounts
- Uploaded content now displays the full file name (includes special characters)
- Forgot Password link added to customer portal login
- Job duration can now populate on tickets from a service’s production rate
- Actual Job Duration (In Minutes) column added to Payroll report
- View Cost and Profit toggle for jobs/estimates added to Permissions
We update ServiceWorks over a weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our Maintenance Notification Emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates
