We’re excited to share our most recent addition to the software, ServiceWorks AI, a cutting-edge language model that will assist in the everyday usage of our software. In this post, we’ll go over the current functions of this feature, as well as update it in the future with more progression milestones.
Note: This feature is still in Beta. We appreciate any feedback on its use for further improvements
In the Products section within your job edit menu, you should see our new “Ask Me” button. This button will access the ServiceWorks AI, which will read your item/model number and text within the job description, and then offer suggestions on possible troubleshooting solutions based on the information provided.
In our example, we’re going to set the description of the scheduled job as “Stove Top Not Turning On”
Then below we’re going to enter our model/item number and select “Save Product/Items“
Now when clicking the Ask Me button, the ServiceWorks AI provides a list of probable causes for the pertaining issue as well as possible solutions
