What This Report Does:
Generates a summarized report of the parts added to items needed for assigned jobs
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:
- Assign From / Assign To Date – specify a time period to produce the report from
- Item Disposition – Filter your results by the disposition of items on the job
- Professional – Filter your results by the professional assigned to the job
Once satisfied with your selection, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Assign Date – Displays the date on which the job was assigned
- Professional – Displays the name of the technician assigned to the job
- Item Number– Displays the brand and number of the item attached to the job
- Qty – Displays the quantity of the item assigned to the job
- Disposition – Displays the item’s current disposition status on the job
- Location – Displays the inventory location of the item assigned to the job
- In Stock – Displays whether or not the item is currently in stock
