Report: Ticket Financial Report

In ServiceWorks, you can generate a detailed report on all tickets with services and items attached in a designated time frame. Here’s a short tutorial on how to utilize this report in the software:

Once opened, you’ll have the option to set the following search parameters:

  • Call Type – Choose from call types configured in your account
  • Call Source – Choose from call sources configured in your account
  • Job Type – Choose from job types configured in your account
  • Start / End Date – Set the date range to search for results
  • Ticket Type – Choose between invoice, estimate, or all tickets

Once finished with your selection, click Run Report to continue

Once generated, here’s what you’ll be able to see in the table:

  • TicketNumber – Number of the ticket
  • Prof – Name of the technician assigned to the ticket
  • Customer – Name of customer assigned to the ticket
  • Warranty – Displays if whether or not this job is eligible for warranty service
  • Job Type – Displays the job type assigned to a ticket
  • Call Type – Displays the call type assigned to a ticket
  • Call Source – Displays the call source assigned to a ticket
  • Issue – Displays issue text logged within job information section
  • Brand – Displays brand of the item on ticket
  • Product – Displays product family of item
  • ModelNumber – Displays item model number
  • SerialNumber – Displays item serial number
  • Parts – Shows total price of items on ticket
  • Service – Shows the total price of services on ticket
  • Other – Shows the total price of other charges on ticket
  • Tax – Shows total taxes applied on ticket
  • Warranty Credit – Shows the total amount of warranty credit applied
  • Total – Shows the total amount of charges on a ticket
  • Down Payment – Shows the total amount of down payment applied
  • Warranty Paid – Shows the total amount of warranty paid
  • Total Paid – Shows the total amount of payment taken
  • AssignedAt -Shows the date and time the service was assigned
  • ReachedAt – Shows the date and time the technician marked themselves as “Arrived”
  • LeftAt – Shows the time and date on which service was completed
  • Remarks – Displays remarks left by technician
