Report: Tech Productivity

What This Report Does:
Used to display technician productivity rates within a specified date range.

Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to filter your search by a designated time frame or by the call type assigned to the job. Once you are finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue


Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

  • Tech – Displays the name of the technician
  • Total Tickets – Displays the total number of job or estimate tickets the technician was assigned to during the generated period
  • Part Amount – Displays the total price of items added to jobs assigned to the technician
  • Cost – Displays the total internal cost for items added to the ticket. A sum total can be viewed at the bottom of the table
  • Margin – Displays the total profit margin from assigned jobs. This calculated with the following formula: Part Amount – Cost = Margin. A sum total can be seen at the bottom of the generated table
  • Service Amount – Displays the dollar amount of services rendered by the technician during the generated period
  • Other Amount – Displays the total sum of additional charges on the invoices the technician was assigned to
  • Total Hours – Displays the total amount of time the technician spent on the clock
  • Amount/Ticket – Displays the average amount accrued per ticket
  • Hours/Ticket – Displays the average amount of hours completed per ticket
  • Amount/Hour – Displays the average amount earned per hour
