What This Report Does:
Generates a list of assigned user tasks within a specified date range
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

- From / To Due Date – Filter your results by a designated time frame
- User – Filter your results by the user the task was assigned to
- Type – Filter your results by the type of task assigned
- Priority – Filter your results by the priority level of the task
- Status – Filter your results by the task’s current status
- Customer Name – Filter your results by the associated customer name
- Title – Filter your results by the title of the assigned task
Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

- Title – Displays the name of the task
- Type – Displays the type of task assigned
- Priority – Displays the priority level of the task
- Due Date – Displays the due date of the assigned task
- Associate With – Displays the name of the customer name associated with the task (if applicable)
- Assigned To – Displays the name of the technician the task was assigned to
- Status – Displays the current status of the task
- Note – Displays the text within the “Note” section of the task
- Created By – Displays the username that created the task
- Created At – Displays the time and date on which the task was created
