What This Report Does:
Generates a list of jobs by parts on order within a specified date range
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:
- From / To Date – Filter your results by a designated time frame
- Item # – Filter your results by item number
Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Order # – Displays the number of the purchase order
- Item# – Displays the assigned item number
- Qty Ordered – Displays the quantity of the item ordered
- Date Ordered – Displays the date on which the order was made
- ETA – Displays the estimated time of arrival for the order
- Dist. PO# – Displays the distributor’s purchase order number (if applicable)
- PO Status – Displays the current status of the purchase order
- Distributor – Displays the name of the associated distributor for the item
- Reference – Displays the text within the “Reference” field (if applicable)
- Created At – Displays the date when the purchase was created
- Created By – Displays the name of the user that created to purchase order
- Created From – Displays the source of origin for the purchase order
- Warehouse – Displays the current warehouse location of the item (if applicable)
- Bin Location – Displays the item’s current bin location (if applicable)
