What This Blog Does:
Generates a report based on the service items attached to a job within a designated time frame
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:
- Employee ID – Filter your results by the employee assigned to the job
- From / To Date – specifies the time period to produce the report from
Once finished with your selection, click Run Report
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Job# – Displays the ticket number assigned to the job
- Service Name – Displays the name of the service selected for the job
- QTY – Displays the number of services requested for the job
- UOM – Displays the designated unit of measurement for the selected service
- Cost – Displays the total internal cost for the service
- Amount – Displays the total price for the service
- Profit – Displays the total amount of profit made from the job. This number is calculated by taking the total in the Amount column and subtracting the total in the Cost column
Beneath the generated table, there are also total amounts of Cost, Amount, and Profit for the designated time range of the report
