What This Report Does:
Generates a summary of the total time spent on the final trip of a job. This report will also include jobs with only one trip.
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

- Start/End Date – Filter your results by a specified date range
- Type – Filter your results by the following job types: Warranty, Out of Warranty, and All
Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

- Tech – Displays the technician assigned to the job
- Total Tickets – Displays the total number of trips for the job
- Part – Displays the total amount of items on the ticket
- Cost – Displays the total internal price of the items
- Margin – Displays the profit margin from this job. This is calculated by subtracting the Cost column from the Part column
- Service – Displays any service charges added to the ticket
- Other – Displays any additional charges added to the ticket
- Total Hours – Displays the total hours spent logged on the job
