What This Report Does:
Generates a list of serialized items sold on jobs within a specified time frame
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:
- To Date / From Date – Filter results by a specific time range
- Item Number – Filter your results by the assigned item number
Once satisfied with your selection, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Item Number – Displays the item’s assigned number
- Serial Number – Displays the item’s assigned serial number
- Cust Name – Displays the name of the customer the item was sold to
- Date – Displays the item’s date of sale
- Cost – Displays the internal price for the item
- Sell Price – Displays the current selling price for the item
- Tax – Displays the total amount of tax applied to the item
- Amount – Displays the total amount of the transaction for the item
- Invoice No. – Displays the invoice the item was sold on
- Type – Displays whether the transaction was from a Job (invoice) or POS
