Report: Route Sheet

What This Report Does:
Generates a report based on the current route configuration within a designated time frame

Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

  • From / To Date – specifies the time period to produce the report from
  • Status – Filter your results by the assigned job status

Once satisfied with your selections, click Run Report to continue

Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

  • Technician – Displays the name of the technician assigned to the job
  • Job# – Displays the ticket number assigned to the job
  • Job Status – Displays the current status of the job
  • Product – Displays the product family of the assigned item
  • Date – Displays the assigned date for the job
  • Time – Displays the scheduled time frame for the job
  • Job Type Displays the designated job type assigned to the job
  • Money Collected – Displays the total amount collected for this job
  • # – Displays the order of the job within the route
  • Customer Name – Displays the name of the customer assigned to the job
  • Address – Displays the service address for the job
  • Phone – Displays the customer’s phone number
  • Secondary Phone – Displays the customers secondary phone number (if applicable)
  • Problem Description – Displays the text within the Description setting
