Report: Reschedule Report

What This Report Does:
Generates a report based on jobs that have been rescheduled within a designated time frame, as well as the status of any items on the invoice


Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

  • Reschedule Type – Filter your search results by the reschedule type assigned to the rescheduled job (if applicable)
  • From / To Date – specifies the time period to produce the report from

Once satisfied with your selection, click Run Report to continue


Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

  • Ticket #: – Displays the ticket number assigned to the job
  • Brand – Displays the brand of the item attached to the ticket
  • Product – Displays the assigned product family of the item assigned to the job
  • Model – Displays the model number of the item assigned to the job
  • Serial – Displays the serial number of the item assigned to the job
  • Issue Description – shows the text in the job’s Description field.
  • Customer – Displays the name of the customer assigned to the job
  • Address – Displays the service address for the job
  • City – Displays the customer’s city
  • Zip – Displays the customer’s zip code
  • Technician – Displays the name of the technician assigned to the job
  • Reschedule Type – Displays the assigned reschedule type for the job
  • Reschedule Date – Displays the date on which the job was rescheduled
  • PartPending # – Displays the total of pending parts on the rescheduled job


Clicking the green arrow in the far right corner opens up the Rescheduled Part Details report


In this report, you’ll be able to view the following:

  • Parts – Displays the item assigned to the rescheduled job
  • Distributor – Displays the distributor of the item attached to the job
  • PO Number – Displays the purchase order number for the item
  • Reference – Displays the text within the reference section of a purchase orders
  • Tracking No – Displays the tracking number of the purchase order
  • Ordered At – Displays the time and date on which the purchase order was submitted
  • ETA – Displays the estimated time of arrival for the purchase order
  • Part Status – Displays the current status of the item assigned to the job
  • Dist. Order No – Displays the order number provided by the distributor
  • Disposition – Displays the item’s current disposition status
