What This Report Does:
Displays the total amount of time an employee has spent not on the job while clocked into ServiceWorks
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to set a specific date range to generate your search. Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Professional Name – This column will contain the names of all users with the role of Professional within your ServiceWorks account
- Date – This will display the date on which the hours used took place. This will also show any date within your business operating hours, whether employees are clocked in or not.
- Used Hours – This line will show you how much time an employee spend working to complete scheduled jobs. A summarized total for all employees will be at the right
- Available – Displays the amount of available time for an employee. This will be based on the employee’s set scheduled hours for the day. A summarized total for all employees will appear at the right.
