What This Report Does:
Generates a detailed list of job arrivals, durations, and amounts to be paid to the technician within a specified date range
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options to filter your search:
- From Date / To Date – Filter your results by a designated time frame
- Zone – Filter your results by the zones set up within your ServiceWorks account
- Technician – Filter your results by the technician who performed the service. You can make multiple selections within this filter.
Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Professional – Displays the name of the technician assigned
- Job# – Displays the job/invoice number
- Customer – Displays the name of the customer from the job
- Status – Displays the job’s current status
- Scheduled Date – Displays the date on which the job is scheduled to be performed
- Recorded Date – Displays the actual date on which the job was performed
- Scheduled Arrival – Displays the time on which the technician is scheduled to arrive at the service location
- Recorded Arrival – Displays the actual time of the technician’s arrival to the service location
- Travel Time – Displays the amount of time taken for the technician to reach the service location
- Scheduled Departure – Displays the estimated departure time from the service location for the technician
- Recorded Departure – Displays the technician’s actual departure time from the service location
- Additional Time – Displays the amount of additional time the technician has taken on the job. (Note: This will only apply if the technician exceeds the estimated job duration)
- Scheduled Job Duration – Displays the job’s scheduled duration
- Actual Job Duration – Displays the job’s actual duration
- Actual Job Duration (In Minutes) – Displays the job’s total duration in minutes
- Total Mileage – Displays the total miles travelled for the job
- Mileage Charge – Displays the total charges for miles travelled
- Total Value To Pay – Displays the total value of the job to be paid
- Total Check To Pay – Displays the total amount being paid to the technician for the job
