What This Report Does:
Generates a list of first-time and recurring customers within a specified date range.
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following option for filtering your search by a designated time frame. Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue.
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Customer – Displays the name of the customer
- Phone – Displays the customer’s phone number.
- Email – Displays the customer’s email address
- Job Number – Displays the associated job number
- Job Type – Displays the assigned job type
- Description – Displays the text within the “Description” field on the job ticket.
- Amount – Displays the amount due for the job
- Paid Amount – Displays the amount that has been collected for the job
- Last Paid Date – Displays the last date on which a payment was taken for the job.
Beneath the New Customers list, you’ll also be presented with a list of Recurring Customers as well.
