What This Report Does:
Generates a list of deleted customers within a specified date range
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:
- From / To Date – Filter your results by a designated time frame
- Account – Filter your results by a customer’s account number
- Customer Name – Filter your results by the customer’s name
Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Account # – Displays the customers account number
- Name – Displays the customer’s name
- Company Name – Displays the name of the customer’s assigned company name (if applicable)
- Contact Phone – Displays the customer’s phone number
- Contact Email – Displays the customer’s saved email address
- Tax Exempt – Displays whether or not the customer is qualified for tax exemption
- Update Date in UTC – Displays the time and date on which the customer was deleted from your system
- Updated By – Displays the username that processed the deletion
- History – Clicking this link will show you all of the associated sales & service for the deleted customer
