What This Report Does
Generates a list of job tickets by the assigned job type
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

- From / To Date – specifies the time period to produce the report from
- Job Type – Filter results by the designated job type assigned
Once satisfied with your selection, click Run Report to continue.
Now that the report has been generated, here’s what you should see populated within the table:

- Job# – Displays the ticket number assigned to the job
- Dispatch # – Displays the dispatch number assigned to the job (if applicable)
- Job Type – Displays the designated job type assigned to the job
- Customer Name – Displays the name of the customer assigned to the job
- Assign Date & Time – Displays a date and timestamp of when the job is scheduled to be completed
- Visit# – Displays the number of trips on the job
- Issue Description – shows the text in the job’s Description field.
- Zip – Displays the customer’s zip code
- City – Displays the customer’s city
- Product – Displays the product family of the items attached to the invoice
- Prof Name – Displays the name of the technician assigned to the job
