What this report is used for:
– Displays a summary of estimates created within the designated time frame
Upon opening the report, you’ll have the following filter options:

- From Date / To Date – Set the date range to generate the report from
- Estimation Status – Displays your results by the estimate status
Once satisfied with your selection, click Run Report to continue
Now that the report has been run, here’s the information that is now displayed:

- Estimate # – The ticket number of the estimate
- Date – The date on which the estimate was created
- Company – The name of the company (or customer) assigned to the estimate
- Qualified Quote – Displays whether or not the estimate is a qualified quote (if applicable)
- Cust ID – Displays the customer account number
- Estimated Service Date – Displays the date on which the service is scheduled
- Work Code – Displays the work code attached to the estimate (if applicable)
- Frequency – Displays the frequency of the estimated job
- Total – Displays the total amount for each estimate
