What This Report Does:
Generates a detailed list of all active and inactive customers within your ServiceWorks account
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

- First Name – Displays the customer’s first name
- Last Name – Displays the customer’s last name
- Primary Phone – Displays the customer’s phone number
- Contact Email – Displays the customer’s email address
- Active – Displays whether or not the customer is currently active within your system
- Company Name – Displays the customer’s company name (if applicable)
- Account # – Displays the customer’s associated account number
- Note – Displays the text within the “Customer Note” field
- Total Amount – Displays the total amount currently due for the customer
- Paid Amount – Displays the total amount of payments made by the customer
- Credit Limit – Displays the customer’s total credit limit (if applicable)
- Credit Limit Active – Displays whether or not a credit limit is active for the customer
- Unlimited Credit Active – Displays whether or not the customer’s credit limit is unlimited
- Send Email To Customer – Displays whether or not the customer has opted in for email notifications
- Send Text To Customer – Displays whether or not the customer has opted in for text notifications
- Created At – Displays the date on which the customer was created in your account
- Updated At – Displays the last date the customer’s information was updated
- Mobile Phone Preferred – Displays whether or not the customer preferred to be contacted via mobile phone number
- Home Phone Preferred Displays whether or not the customer preferred to be contacted via home phone number
- Red Flag Customer – Displays whether or not the customer has been “Red Flagged”
- Red Flag Created At – Displays the date on which the customer was red flagged
- Red Flag Note – Displays the text within the “Note” section of the red flag menu
- Tax Exempt – Displays whether or not the customer has a tax exempt status
- Send Text to Secondary Phone – Displays whether or not the customer has opted in for messages to their secondary number
