Report: Customer by Lead Status

What This Report Does:
Generates a list of customers by their current assigned lead status

Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to either filter your search results by a specific lead status or to view all existing lead statuses within your ServiceWorks account. Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue.

Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

  • Customer Name – Displays the name of the customer
  • Account – Displays the customer’s account number
  • Phone – Displays the customer’s phone number
  • Email – Displays the customer’s email addresss
  • Address – Displays the customer’s service or billing address
  • Created At – Displays the date on which the customer was created
  • Lead Status Name – Displays the customer’s current assigned lead status
