Report: Customer Service History

What This Report Does:
Generates a list of customer service history within a specified time frame

Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to filter your search by a designated date range. Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue

Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

  • Ticket# – Displays the job’s ticket number
  • Status – Displays the current status of the job
  • Customer – Displays the name of the customer
  • Ticket Date – Displays the date on which the job was created
  • Issue Description – Displays the text within the “Description” field
  • Address – Displays the customer’s address
  • CityName – Displays the name of the customer’s associated address
  • StateName – Displays the customer’s associated state
  • Zip – Displays the customer’s zip code
  • Brand Name – Displays the item’s associated brand
  • Appliance – Displays the item’s product detail information
  • Serial Number – Displays the item’s assigned serial number (if applicable)
  • Model Number – Displays the item’s assigned model number
  • Technician – Displays the name of the technician assigned to the job
