What This Report Does:
Generates a list of customers based on their purchased items with assigned product families
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

- Account # – Filter your search results by the customer’s account number
- Name – Filter your results by your customer’s name
- Model Number – Filter your results by an item’s assigned model number
- Serial Number – Filter your results by an item’s assigned serial number
- Brand – Filter your results by the assigned brand of an item
- Product Family – Filter your results by an items assigned product family
- Product Detail – Filter your results by an item’s product detail
- Show Sub-Customer Product – Use this toggle to show or hide any sub-customer purchases
Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

- Customer Name – Displays the name of the customerÂ
- Account# – Displays the customer’s account number
- Primary Phone – Displays the customer’s phone number
- Customer Address – Displays the customer’s service address
- Billing Address – Displays the customer’s billing address
- Brand – Displays the item’s assigned brandÂ
- Product – Displays the product family and product detail of the item
- Serial – Displays the item’s assigned serial numberÂ
- Model – Displays the item’s assigned model numberÂ
- Identification # – Displays the item’s identification number (if applicable)
- Purchase Location – Displays the location where the item was purchased (if applicable)
- Expiration Date – Displays the item’s warranty expiration date (if applicable)
