Report: Customer Payment History

What This Report Does:
Generates a list of customer payments within a specified date range

Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

  • From / To Date – Specify the time frame to produce the report from 
  • Customer Name – Filter your results by the name of the customer 
  • Account No. – Filter your results by the customer’s account number 

Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue

Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

  • Customer – Displays the name of the customer
  • Account – Displays the customer’s account number
  • Invoice – Displays the assigned ticket number for the job or purchase
  • Invoice Date – Displays the date on which the invoice was created
  • Post Date – Displays the date on which the payment was made
  • Pay Method – Displays the type of payment method used
  • Transaction ID – Displays the transaction ID for the payment (if applicable)
  • Amount – Displays the amount of payment taken for the transaction
  • Cleared – Displays whether or not the payment has cleared
  • Clear Note – Displays a note in regards to the status of the collected payment
