What This Report Does:
Generates a list of customers by their associated zip codes or patterns
Upon opening this report, you will be able to view the following information:
- Zip – Displays the zip code assigned to customers
- City – Displays the customer’s city
- State – Displays the corresponding state
- No. of Customers – Displays the number of customers that fall within this zip code.
At the bottom of this table, you’ll also be able to view the total amount of active customers within your account.
Clicking the green arrow at the end of the rows will generate at table with only the customers that fall within that zip code. You’ll also be able to view the following:
- Name – Displays the customer’s name
- ContactPhone – Displays the customer’s phone number
- ContactPhone1 – Displays the customer’s secondary phone number
- Email – Displays the customer’s email address
- Address – Displays the customer’s service or billing address
At the bottom of the generated table, you can use the Back button to return to the previous list of zip codes
