Note: Before you can successfully pick items from a location, you must ensure that the user has been assigned a primary location in their profile. Otherwise, the various inventory locations will not be present upon reaching this menu.
To do so:
Click the cogwheel icon to open the Configurations Tab
Navigate to Admin -> Users
Select the “…” next to the desired user’s name
Select Edit
Click the Location Detals Tab
Select a Location
Click “is Default” button
Click “+Add”, then Save

The Parts Required section in the mobile app works similarly to the Items Needed page on the desktop, displaying items that are out of stock and have been ordered for scheduled services.
To view the Parts Required page, press the More tab at the bottom of the mobile app screen and then select Parts Required

In the following menu, you can view all the items added to the Parts Required page for the current day

You can view the parts by the date they were added to a PO, or by scanning the part’s barcode using the QR icon

Once located, you can view information pertaining to the part requested, such as item information, current stock availability, and current inventory locations

Pressing the Pick button will allow you to select which inventory location to transfer an item to and from, allowing you to adjust the quantity of parts required on the fly. Just be sure to press Save to store your changes
