We’ve recently added a Job Status dropdown field to the Job Search function in the ServiceWorks Pro app. Here’s a few tips when using this feature within your account:
Job Status Filtering: A new “Job Status” dropdown has been added to the Job Search screen (Mobile App → Job Management Menu → Search Job), allowing users to filter jobs by their status. This provides a more efficient way to locate specific jobs.
Comprehensive Status List: Leaving the dropdown in the job search menu on “Job Status” will include all available job statuses currently configured within your ServiceWorks account in your search.
Dynamic Status Updates: The Job Status dropdown dynamically updates to reflect changes in the current and active job statuses. If a new status is added (via the Job Status Page or Getting Started Page), it will immediately be available in the dropdown. Conversely, if a status is removed, it will be removed from the dropdown.
“No Matches Found” Message: If a user searches by a job status that has no associated jobs, a clear “No matches found” message will be displayed on your device’s screen.
