As you operate your business, you may find yourself in need of the ability to convert estimates into job in the field. While you could call in and have this action done on the desktop side, this could become tedious and cumbersome.
In the mobile app, click on the Jobs tab to create or select an existing estimate in ServiceWorks. In this example, we will be creating a brand new estimate.
Once you’ve filled out the information within the Edit Estimate screen, you can click the ‘Convert to Job’ button at the bottom of the screen. You should receive a confirmation message on the estimate successfully converting into a job.
Now that you’ve clicked the button to convert the estimate, we can go back into the previous list of jobs and see that the estimate has been converted into a job.
