We’ve updated the schedule view to now include a tab specifically designed for viewing your unassigned services and quotes. In this new view, you’ll be able to view all of your unassigned jobs and estimates in a list organized by filtered columns. Here’s a quick rundown of how this new feature works:
From the main schedule menu, click the Unassigned Jobs on the lower left side of the menu

Clicking on this will pull up a list of the unassigned jobs currently created in your system. It will also display the following information:

- Job # – Displays the number of the job or estimate. This is also a link directly to the ticket itself.
- Received – Displays the date on which the job was created
- Type – Displays the job type assigned to the job
- Start – Displays the estimated start time
- Customer – Displays the name of the customer
- Address – Displays the customer’s service address
- Sooner – Displays whether or not this job is marked as a priority for optimization (sooner service)
