Job Created Template by Job Type

Your designed Job Created notifications within ServiceWorks can be assigned to specific job types in your account. Here’s a brief walkthrough on how to enable this within ServiceWorks:

To begin, first click on the cogwheel in the toolbar to open up the Configuration tab. Once opened, navigate to Notifications → Template → Job Created

In the job created template menu, select the template you wish to configure and click the Edit icon

In the following menu, you’ll have the option to assign job types to the specific job created template. This will ensure that any jobs scheduled with the corresponding job types will send this notification message whenever created.

Use the Job Type dropdown box to assign job types to this template. You can designate one or several different types, so feel free to configure this to your personal business needs. Be sure to click Save before leaving this menu to store your changes.
