Displaying Multiple Trips in All Jobs Page

Within ServiceWorks, you have the ability to view how many trips have been scheduled for each service ticket from the All Jobs page. Here’s a quick rundown of how to setup and utilize this feature in the system

First, you’ll need to create or select a scheduled job and scroll down to the the Schedule menu panel of the Add/Edit Job screen

Once there, you’ll need to assign any additional trips by selecting Add New Schedule, entering in the time, date, and duration and click Save Schedule.

Now that you’ve created and added the additional trips to that job, you can see all the trips associated with the job next to the next schedule date. In the example below, you can see there are 4 trips setup for this job.

Once saved you can return to the All Jobs page and see that the job now displays how many scheduled visits have been assigned
