What This Report Does:
When generated, this report will display a list of all unused parts (i.e. items that are added to the job but the disposition has not been set) by the technician assigned to the job
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following filter options to generate your reports:

- Professional – Use this field to set a professional to base the report on. If left unselected, this will default to Unassigned Ticket
- Item Disposition – Use this field to select the following “unused” item dispositions: Return to Vendor, Quality, Return Shop, Core, and Unused
Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

- Ticket # – Displays the associated ticket or job number for the job. The numbers that appear in this column also act as direct links to the job ticket
- Job Date – Displays the date on which the job was scheduled
- Item # – Displays the associated item number for the item
- Description – Displays the items description
- Qty – Displays the quantity of the item assigned to the job
- Serial – When applicable, this column will display the item’s serial number
- Location – Displays the item’s current inventory location
- Disposition – Displays the item’s current disposition
- Professional – Displays the professional (or technician) assigned to the job
- Order # – When applicable, this column will display the PO order number the item is attached to
- Received Date – Displays the date on which the item was received
- Bill To – Displays the name of the party that will be billed for this job
